Exchanges/Refunds, Method of Payment, Shipping and Taxes
Can I return or exchange an item if I am unhappy with the product?
Please e-mail paintings@leighwoodart.com with questions or concerns about colors, size, prices, and discounts prior to purchase to help decrease returns. Leigh will be happy to answer any questions you may have about her art.
However, if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item for a full refund within 10 days. Note that you are responsible for repacking the artwork in the original packaging materials and return shipping costs. Please notify leighwoodwoodart.com by calling 864-360-2877 or email paintings@leighwoodart.com prior to return.
What are the methods of payment?
Leighwoodart.com accepts paypal orders, cash, or personal check. Item will be shipped upon paypal payment, cash payment and cleared checks. Paypal accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Just e-mail paintings@leighwoodart.com which paintings or prints you would like to purchase and you will receive an e-mail with an invoice with payment details. You will receive 10% off your total bill on all multiple orders! Etsy.com also has $15.00 prints for sale by leighwoodart.com that you may purchase through their site.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow at least 7-10 days for ordering, packing and shipping original art. Giclee Prints are ordered as they are received and may take longer to process. Larger print sizes estimate ship time is between 14-21 days. If you need an item rushed please indicate so, but do realize that this will be an extra shipping fee. Paintings and prints will be shipped as soon as possible and packed with care. If you have commissioned a painting please discuss a time frame for completion and shipping upon order.

$17.00 - $35.99 = $5.00
$36.00 - $79.99 = $11.00
$80.00 - $100.99 = $17.00
$101.00 - $129.99 = $20.00
$130.00 - $299.99 = $25.00
$300.00 - $499.99 = $35.00
$500.00 and up = $55.00
Taxes
5% sales tax will be added to your total bill.
